Team Barracuda Wrestling Club

Team Barracuda Wrestling Club is aimed for wrestlers of all ages and ability levels. The objective of the club is to develop wrestlers into a more technical and smarter wrestler. We will emphasize technique as well as cover the tactical approach; various match strategies, an overall understanding of the sport of wrestling. Learn techniques of one of the oldest sports in the world as well as becoming disciplined, determined, and goal-oriented to become a future CHAMPION on and off the mat!

Team Barracuda also provides a multidimensional training opportunity for wrestlers that want to make a commitment to excellence which we believe is being the best version of yourself everyday!

Our Classes

Little Cudas (Ages 5–8) Our Little Cudas class is designed for young athletes who are brand new to wrestling. This fun, low-intensity program introduces kids to the sport in a positive and encouraging environment. We focus on developing coordination, balance, and confidence while teaching the basics of movement and mat awareness. Each practice includes games, drills, and plenty of rolling around to help our wrestlers feel comfortable and excited to learn. The goal is simple — have fun, build confidence, and fall in love with wrestling!

TBWC – Novice/Beginner This class is designed for young wrestlers who have some experience on the mat and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Athletes in this group are expected to be focused and committed to improving their technique, strength, and conditioning. Practices include structured drilling, moderate-intensity conditioning, and live wrestling sessions that challenge each wrestler to grow. Emphasis is placed on mastering key fundamental techniques required before advancing to the elite level.

TBWC – Advanced/Elite Our Goal – The advanced class is designed for the committed wrestler to train at a serious level. The major emphasis is on advanced technique, hard drilling, conditioning and live wrestling. This class is for the wrestlers that have had success on the mat and poses a willingness to compete at an intense level.
